DESCRICPTION
 
The rice eaten in Japan is a cultivar of Japonica rice, plump short-grain rice.
Also known as Uruchimai.
it has a characteristic sticky, firm texture and slightly sweet.
The cooked grains are sticky enough to easily be picked up with chopsticks.
