DESCRIPTION
 
Thai aromatic rice "Jasmine Rice" is a long grained rice characterized by sweet aroma reminiscent of Pandan or Popcorn.
This aromatic Jasmine rice, an Indica variety, goes well with Indian Food as well as Thai food!
Great pairing with soupy curries, and excellent for rice dishes like Biryani, Pulao and Fried Rice!
When you rinse Jasmine rice, rinse it gently. Use plenty of water. It can be soaked in a few minutes (do not soak too much). 
it can be cooked with a rice cooker with a normal Japanese rice water.
To make it perfectly fluffy rest the rice for 10 minutes after cooking.
